- No, each test needs to be performed with its own test strip
- If you are doing both tests at the same time, make sure you generate a big enough blood drop to have sufficient blood for both test strips
- An Er3 could be triggered on the second test if the original blood drop is not sufficient
No, all test strips are single use only. Trying to reuse the same test strip will result in an Er2.
Er2 is an error indicating the test strip is either used or contaminated/damaged
- Make sure you are inserting a fresh unused strip into the meter
- Make sure you are applying the blood drop to the strip AFTER it has already been inserted into the meter
- Applying blood to a test strip first and then inserting it into the meter will not register a reading and result in an Er2
- Handle the test strip by the middle part and avoid touching or getting moisture on the sampling end
- Close the vial lid as soon as you take out a test strip to avoid moisture or other contaminants getting into the vial and damaging the test strips
Er3 is an error indicating that there is not enough blood on the test strip to produce a result.
- Make sure you create a big enough blood drop when you lance your finger.
- With test strip in the meter, gently touch the blood drop and let the strip absorb the blood, do not smear the blood onto the test strip.
- Wait until you hear a beep and the meter starts a countdown. This indicates a successful test.
- If after applying blood to the strip you do not hear a beep and Er3 flashes, try the test again with a fresh strip and a bigger blood drop.

Have the app open while you are taking your reading. It will automatically sync to your phone after you are done
* For glucose tests, you need to remove the strip in order to trigger the syncing process
If any of your results did not sync during the testing process, you can manually import any historical results that are not in your app already.
