Always surprised to see I remain in ketosis on a weekend eating carbs!

I finally found the right strips to test for ketosis. I have been trying urine strips, but they did not show that i was in ketosis. Over 3 days my keto went from 0.2 to 1.5 to 2.6. Finally, my diet is working!

I love this meter! I started my journey of intermittent fasting when I was diagnosed as pre diabetic. I needed to have a meter to gauge when I’m in ketosis… overall this one is very accurate and will usually show that I’m in mild to moderate ketosis after >20 hours of fasting. To date, I’m no longer in the pre diabetic range and now has normal Ha1C of 5.5 (from 5.9) and have lost more than 10 pounds since 09/2024.

Testing ketones has been the key to understanding my energy levels. Would test glucose only and feel frustrated that I wasn’t making progress, not understanding glucogenesis. I was also afraid of AKD because so many people gave me false information. Testing assured me that I was at healthy levels.

I love the Keto BM. It isn't as costly as some of the other brands, but it is quick, easy to use, and tells me what I want to know. I live the keto and intermittent fasting lifestyle. The Keto BM helps me stay on track by providing me with my blood ketone level. I know whether I'm on the right track, or of I need to step it up a notch. I also can track what foods cause me to go out of ketosis. I will continue to use my KetoBM.

Not sure really what to say. It’s a test strip that works like it should. I’m not really thrilled with pricking my finger, but this kit does allow me to test my ketones in the most accurate way possible.

Urine test strips only measure the ketones one *excretes* in their urine, not the depth if their ketosis. These strips and the blood meter accurately show precisely where you are in ketosis, just entering it or optimal range. A must-have for me

I recently started the Keto diet and was using the urine strips to see if I was in Ketosis. I wasn't sure if I was in the optimal range with those strips but now with the KetoBM monitor and test strips I am more certain of my ketone levels. The strips are pricey at $1 each but I know I am using this method until I get fat adapted and then won't need to test anymore. Super happy with this product, it is easy to use and doesn't require a lot of blood and I like that it stores my most recent levels.

I have never had any problem with theae test strips with the Keto BM unit. I have used probably 100 of them in the last few months and I have not ever gotten an error message nor a reading that I thought was probably not close to accurate. They are expensive but so are the other brands.

I love these strips and the new meter I purchased. Immediate feedback is such a great motivator - and these strips make collecting Keto levels quick and easy.

These seem to work - they’re consistent with each other and the results generally “make sense” along with my diet. Good for keto hobbyists and health-oriented dieters.

I love that this product keeps me on track with my ketones. It's super easy to use, very intuitive and keeps track of 30 days worth of data, which is awesome. I'm down 40 lbs and continuing to lose and I really feel like this product is helping me stay on track!

This is actually a very accurate test strip. It is very easy to use and I have not had a failure with any of them. They are a bit pricey but necessary. Just be careful when you insert the strip into the unit so that you don't deactivate the strip. Paying attention how you insert it is crucial. Highly recommend these for this unit.

This is a good monitor for identifying when you are not eating the right foods. Very good meter easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the product, although, twice i got high readings and when i retested it was where i thought it should be.
